Job Responsibilities: –

  • Perform full cycle of payroll processing such as undertaking payroll calculation, payroll reconciliation, payroll accounting, costing reports and any ad-hoc reports generation as required
  • Processing and submission of yearly IR8E and IR21 for foreign staff in a timely manner
  • Submit documents to government authorities for claims on childcare leave, maternity leave, NS make-up pay, etc
  • Other HR administrative functions such as work pass renewal, contract renewal, staff cessation formality and mandatory government surveys
  • Leave and benefits administration

ROLE OBJECTIVE

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement the training programmes for MindChamps Infant & Toddler Teachers and Educarers.
  • Ensure that the centres deliver the MindChamps Infant & Toddler curriculum in accordance with the guidelines and parameters established and in accordance with the training and curriculum framework.
  • Ensure that the learning environment, resources and delivery of the MindChamps Preschool Infant & Toddler Programme are consistent with the standards set.
  • Supervise and mentor MindChamps Preschool Principals, in order to ensure the supervision of the implementation of the MindChamps Infant & Toddler curriculum is met at the standards set for the Principals.
  • Be responsible for identifying MindChamps Infant & Toddler Teachers’ training needs and be actively involved in the professional upgrading of our Educarers’ skill-sets and mindset.

  • Provide Psychology assessment for exemption of second language or accommodation for children with learning challenges
  • Provide Individual Education Plan (IEP) for clients
  • Hold social skills classes on topics such as turn-taking, anger management etc.
  • Provide parent training to parents of children with developmental needs on topics such as play skills, introducing non-verbal communication etc.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
